How to create an OpenGov/Viewpoint Cloud Account and Applying for a License:
1. Click on OpenGov/Viewpoint Cloud link: https://tewksburyma.viewpointcloud.com/
2. On top of screen select either login (existing account) or select Sign up to create an account
3. Sign up using the secured portal and follow the prompts for creating a new account
Once you have a profile, you can login to proceed with applying for a license.
4. If existing account: Click on Log in with username (Your username will always be your email address) and password
5. Click on Select Board
6. Select New License you are applying for or renewing at this time
7. The policy and procedures will be listed on this cover page
8. Click Apply Online
9. You will be prompted to Login or Sign up as a new user
