Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) revised Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs)

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) published revised Preliminary copies of the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and associated products for Middlesex County, Massachusetts (All Jurisdictions) on June 8, 2023. As described in the Preliminary letter sent to your community on that date and in the CCO meeting held virtually on October 5, 2021, the next step in the Risk MAP project is the statutory 90-day appeal period. The appeal period will be commencing on Monday, August 28, 2023.
