    Once this form has been submitted, you do not need to contact the office. All reported trash and recycling pickup will be submitted to Republic Services by this office.  All missed pick ups will occur on Thursday and Friday of the collection week.  If there is a holiday, pick up will take place on Friday and Saturday until the end of the day.  REMINDER TO LEAVE CART CURBSIDE UNTIL THE END OF THE COLLECTION WEEK!
