Residents should have received their latest water and sewer bills in the mail. It has come to the Town’s attention that the vendor printed last year’s rates on the back of the bill for informational purposes. The bill is correctly calculated using the current rates which can be found on the Town website here: https://www.tewksbury-ma.gov/281/Water-Sewer-Rates-Billing-Information
The Town apologizes for the inconvenience and has reached out to the vendor to ensure this error is corrected for the next billing cycle.
