Assessor’s Office Now Accepting Fiscal Year 2023 Exemption Applications
The Assessor’s Office is now accepting Fiscal Year 2023 Exemption Applications. Please note that, at the 2021 Annual Town Meeting, the Town voted to increase the exemption amount granted for the 41C exemption to $1000.00 beginning in Fiscal Year 2022. For more information on the 41C and all other exemptions offered, please visit the Assessor’s Exemption information webpage.
Applications are available online or a hard copy can be picked up in the Assessor’s Office located at 11 Town Hall Avenue. To access the applications online please visit the Assessor’s Forms & Guidelines webpage. If you prefer, we can mail an application to you. To request an application by mail, please call 978-640-4330.
Applications were mailed to applicants who received a Veteran or Blind Exemption for Fiscal Year 2022 on July 1, 2022. All others will be mailed July 8, 2022, to allow individuals to obtain all July 1st balance statements.
